Staffing

Successfully place nursing personnel in client assignments through scheduling and staffing on a daily or weekly basis.
Obtain partner hospital needs on a daily basis and filling the needs with qualified personnel.
Troubleshoots issues with hospitals and nursing personnel.
Reactivates inactive nurses through telephone negotiation
Manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a professional and upbeat demeanor.
Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with hospital staff, department managers and directors.
Work directly with COO to ensure the smooth functioning of staffing operations.
Give instructions and feedback to the staffing team, then following up on tasks and goals to ensure they are completed.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Must be able to work Monday through Friday 12 hours a day (8 hours in office and 4 from home).
Bilingual in English & Tagalog
Have more than 1 year working experience in a staffing or hospital administrative setting.
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
Possess strong negotiation and telephone sales skills
Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all levels within company, clients etc.
Computer literate- experience with MS Word, Excel, Access and Google Sheets
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of phone calls
Positive, upbeat and engaging personality, professional demeanor
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Thorough follow-up capability
Persistent, efficient and dedicated, has a strong work ethic
