Position: Houseman / Personal Assistant for UHNW Couple

An UHNW couple in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Houseman / Personal Assistant to support their household and personal affairs. This is a highly rewarding role for a professional with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for household operations, including light maintenance and upkeep.
Assist in coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and events.
Drive the principals to appointments, events, and other destinations as needed.
Manage household errands, including shopping, deliveries, and other tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as needed.
Manage packing, unpacking, and logistics for domestic and international travel.
Collaborate with domestic staff and external vendors to ensure seamless operations of the residence.
Work effectively in a team environment to support the needs of the principal and household.
Uphold high standards of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Tagalog and English is required.
Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Previous experience working with UHNW families and managing high-end homes.
Flexibility: Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
