Position: Independent Contractor (1099) Home Cleaner
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of home cleaning experience.

Must have liability insurance.
Professional demeanor, reliable transportation, and personal cleaning supplies.

Duties

Conduct thorough home cleaning tasks in various settings, including residences and apartments
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors and surfaces
Empty and replace trash bins
Ensure windows and mirrors are clean
Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Efficiently utilize cleaning equipment and supplies
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, addressing concerns or special requests
Execute additional tasks such as linen laundering and laundry duties as needed

Skills

Preferably experienced in home cleaning
Knowledgeable in various home cleaning techniques and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions meticulously
Excellent customer service skills
Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of additional skills like carpet cleaning or culinary abilities is advantageous
Familiarity with housekeeping management is beneficial
Proficiency in residential cleaning is an asset
Ability to launder linens and perform laundry duties is advantageous

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
