Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (Part-Time, per Diem)
Mare Island Home Health Inc. currently provides services in the following counties:
- Solano County
- Napa County
- Yolo County
- Contra Costa County
We are currently aiming to expand our network to reach patients who require home health needs in Yolo County, in the Davis, Woodland, and West Sacramento areas.

Initial Requirements:
- Current license to practice in CA
- Current CPR certification
- Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
- Minimum one year RN clinical experience (two+ years preferred)
- Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be used)
- Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
- LVN in an acute care setting: 1 year preferred

- Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, utilizing core nursing skills such as catheterization, IV insertion, and patient assessment.
- Utilize premium skills like critical care experience and medical office knowledge to deliver specialized care to patients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant skills such as health coaching and specimen collection to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and individualized care plans for patients.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems effectively to document patient information and track progress accurately.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $34.37 - $37.50 per hour
