- Job Description
- Manage large and complex projects, while coordinating with other internal teams
- Successfully run projects while ensuring project profitability, client satisfaction, client account growth and client KPIs’ attainment
- Proactive and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
- Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers
- Closely monitor projects via effective use of standards, systems and quality processes
- Monitor project budgets and profitability
- Develop accounts and propose services and technical solutions
- Monitor production on assigned accounts
- Escalation point for clients and internal resources on assigned accounts
- Resolve client issues
- Train, develop and mentor project managers and interns
- Provide project and account reporting as requested
- Report on account performance from a production perspective
- Champion Works usage with customers
- Qualifications
- BA or BSc, with emphasis in the areas of Management, Business Studies, Languages or Computer Science/IT preferable
