We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrative and Customer Service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional Insurance agency , health insurance field with potential for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be Bilingual (Tagalog) or (Spanish)

· Business Administration graduate and Bachelors degree is a plus

· 1 Year Customer Service experience required

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

· Proficient in using (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Other website utilizations. (Browse and navigate)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues and clients at all levels.

· Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

· Prior experience in an administrative role is required.

· Time Management and Organization skills.

Job Description

· Administrative Tasks

· Managing inbound and outbound calls

· Assisting client navigate Health insurance issues and concerns

· Supports the general office operation needs

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of insurance agents and clients

· Prepare reports, Process applications and Documents

· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

· Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as other general office inquiries

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with office manager and insurance agents to ensure a great workflow and office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
