We are a fun, Fast-Hip Filipino-American restaurant serving beer, wine, sake and craft cocktails. Looking for a shift leader that can handle all FOH positions. Serving, bartending, cashier and expo line will be the main responsibilities of the job. Any kitchen experience is a plus. We use the Skytab POS system with a terminal for counter service and handhelds for table service. Applicant needs to be RELIABLE, have high energy, a positive friendly attitude, and be the ultimate team player. Acceptance of tip pooling is required for the position. We are looking for someone long term who wants to grow with our company and be a integral part of our team. Opportunities for bonuses and profit sharing will be available for successful candidates.
Our team of Shift Leaders are in charge of leading the daily activities of our company. They ensure that we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, are responsive to customer concerns/complaints and are able to develop long-term plans for responding to new product launches, seasonal changes and other changes in the industry that may affect our business. Our Shift Leaders are held accountable for the success of their team members, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making an impact on our organization's performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks to company standards
- Knowledge of craft beer and California Wines
- Keep a clean and organized bar area
- Lead a shift of employees.
- Know the correct schedule for all employees on their shift.
- Be able to provide first aid if necessary.
- Be able to contact emergency services if necessary.
- Be able to handle customer complaints.
- Be able to recognize employee issues and recommend solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
