Initial Requirements:

Minimum one year clinical experience in an acute care setting (two+ years preferred)
Current Certified Home Health Aide license to practice in CA
Valid and current CPR certification
Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be used)
Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)

Required experience:

CHHA in a Clinical Environment: 1 year

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and document patient health and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families, offering support and companionship.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any changes in patient condition.

Pay: Up to $62,400.00 per year
