As the first Personal Injury Attorney in the Los Angeles office, this position provides a rare opportunity to help build and lead a dynamic team of legal professionals, guiding injury victims through the legal process. This role begins in pre-litigation and will transition into litigation, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s case management and strategies.

Key Responsibilities of Personal Injury Attorney
- Lead and support a team of attorneys and legal professionals in a fast-growing Los Angeles office.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
- Collaborate with adjusters, opposing counsel, and clients to negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s Los Angeles presence and growing the firm’s national footprint.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of legal experience, including at least 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense side).
- Active license and good standing with the California State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese/Cantonese, Tagalog, Armenian, Persian dialects, Korean, or other languages is highly desirable.
- Prior personal injury litigation experience.
- Passionate about client advocacy and committed to delivering results.
