We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market and promote various insurance products to potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their options and coverage details.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to facilitate the application process for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively market insurance products.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and retail sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is advantageous for maintaining client confidentiality.
- A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
