**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrate an aloha spirit

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness

- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems

- Assist in event planning and coordination

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level

- Handle phone systems, directing calls, and taking messages

- Support staff with general operational tasks

- Assist in calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events

- Provide support in medical office management tasks

- Contribute to training development and human resources activities

- Front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling inquiries

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role

- Proficiency in administrative procedures and systems

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Experience in office management and coordination

- Kowledge and experience in using various computer technologies such as email systems, pdf editors, Microsoft Office products (ie Word, Excel, etc...), and website editors.

- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities
