Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Arcadia, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Dustin Tsu - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Requirements

Self-motivated and driven
Coachable and tenacious
Sales experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and people-oriented
Good organization and follow-up skills
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to and enjoys work in a team environment
Bilingual - English+ Spanish or Mandarin a plus
Property and Casualty license a plus but not required
Life and Health license a plus but not required

Taking care of customer needs
Develop leads and follow-ups, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
