Overview
BayaniPay is a fast-growing company providing cross-border financial services, including remittance from North America to the Philippines. We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, manage key enterprise accounts, and oversee BayaniPay Center operations. This is a part-time role with potential for a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and close deals with potential enterprise clients (B2B and B2C) to meet sales targets and revenue goals
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including requirements gathering and payment follow-ups
- Develop strategies to improve revenue performance and customer retention
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business
- Provide sales forecasts, analysis, and performance updates to leadership and accurate CRM records are maintained
BayaniPay Center Operations & Admin
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day BayaniPay Center operations
- Coordinate maintenance and inventory by managing repairs, supplies, and resource availability
- Oversee vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, internet, and security, including invoice management
- Monitor resources to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and promotional materials are available
- Provide support by assisting with walk-in inquiries and other customer requests
- Coordinate logistics for BayaniPay Center activities and customer-facing services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong track record in B2B sales with excellent client relationship skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog
- Familiarity with the Filipino market in North America is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
