Sales & Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to accelerate sales revenue growth through customer acquisition, agent recruitment, and social seller engagement. As a niche player in the Filipino market, we seek candidates with a deep understanding of the Filipino consumer landscape, cultural nuances, and local business practices. This role is responsible for expanding our market reach, developing strategic partnerships, and executing high-impact sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on driving revenue and volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Revenue Improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue by acquiring new customers, agents, and social sellers.
- Expand and optimize the company’s network of independent sales agents, resellers, and e-commerce entrepreneurs to drive volume growth.
- Identify and execute high-potential trade and business partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with regional teams to analyze sales trends and develop actionable strategies for sales optimization.
Trade & Market Development
- Conduct territory pricing analysis and monitor competitor activities to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion efforts in key regional areas.
- Ensure effective merchandising execution across all branches to maximize conversion rates and sales impact.
- Develop and implement localized sales initiatives to increase market penetration and revenue generation.
Marketing & Promotions Execution
- Plan and execute national and regional marketing campaigns designed to increase sales revenue and brand reach.
- Develop targeted promotions that enhance:
- Local sales performance
- Brand awareness and customer engagement
- Community involvement and loyalty
- Utilize digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and on-the-ground activations to expand customer reach.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and revenue growth, including:
- Customer acquisition and retention metrics
- Sales revenue analysis by product, branch, area, and region
- Competitor intelligence and market trends
- Effectiveness of promotional campaigns with recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with Area Managers and Operations Heads to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage marketing records, databases, and reports to ensure accurate performance tracking and sales forecasting.
- Work closely with advertising and media agencies to develop marketing materials that effectively drive sales.
- Uphold company values and contribute to overall business growth.
- Perform additional duties as required, ensuring proper training and orientation.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales growth strategies, revenue improvement, and customer acquisition.
- Prior experience working within the Filipino market is required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in increasing sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and expanding sales channels.
- Strong experience in trade development, reseller engagement, and e-commerce sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance data and optimize sales strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging agents, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead local activations, digital marketing efforts, and community-building initiatives.
Working Conditions
