Role: Recruiter/Staffing Specialist
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/annually + Benefits
Location: Long Island City, NY - *Hybrid after 90 days of training onsite*
***Spanish/English Fluency is a must!***
Responsibilities:
* Interview, Hire, and Onboard staffing replacements.
* Schedule and forecast interview appointments depending on staffing needs.
* Execute the hiring and application process according to company practices and legal compliance.
* Handle/Coordinate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding by reviewing company guidelines, work expectations, rules, and practices.
* Processes background checks in compliance of company practices and client specific requirements.
* Enrolls employees in the time and attendance system (CTR) and processes activity changes as necessary.
* Monitors union card submissions and union dues.
* Interacts with payroll team in an effective and positive manner to process and resolve payroll related issues according to CBS regulations and legal compliance.
* Elevates labor or client concerns to the HR Supervisor / HR Management team as necessary.
* Assist in operating the main operations department reception line in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
