The Quality Assurance Specialist would support the Administration and QA Teams with data entry and the review of documentation packets, as well as any other day-to-day needs to run the programs that may come up. Position is on-site at the El Cerrito office. Schedule is flexible and can be arranged as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA in Psychology or related field
- Experience working in an office; experience working in a mental health program.
- Experience working with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Internet-based databases
- Familiarity with HIPAA's regulations preferred
- 2 years of clerical or clinical experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry into internal database and county database systems
- Weekly review of documentation packets for quality and compliance
- Assist with Medi-Cal verification using the state's Medi-Cal website
- Regular collaboration with the Admin and QA Teams
- Weekly counsel with the Program Director
- Attend documentation training or any other training for both counties as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of records and other information as it comes across
- Other duties as needed
