About PassionClass Teacher-preneur:
PassionClass Teacher-preneur is a new initiative designed to empower passionate individuals to build and grow their own live online teaching business. Through our 8-week PassionClass Teachers Institute, we help you design and launch your dream class, gain real teaching experience, and learn how to attract and retain students — all while getting paid to do what you love.
We believe great classes come from real people with real passion — not pre-recorded videos. Our model centers on live, small-group learning experiences that are interactive, personal, and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the 8-week PassionClass Teachers Institute and complete all program activities.
- Design a live, small-group online class based on your expertise and teaching style.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation.
- Teach your class live on the PassionClass platform.
- Deliver real value to students through clear instruction, feedback, and interaction.
- Continuously improve your class based on student feedback and teaching experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in any spoken language, including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Tagalog, and others — native speakers and fluent second-language speakers are both welcome.
- Strong grasp of language fundamentals (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational skills, etc.) and the ability to explain them clearly to learners.
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your ability to guide and connect with students.
- Passion for language, culture, and helping others become confident communicators.
- Comfortable creating engaging, real-time learning experiences — not lecture-style classes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, encouraging teaching style.
- Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback with a growth mindset.
- Basic tech skills, including using Zoom or other video platforms, screen sharing, and online teaching tools.

Earnings Potential:
Your pay depends on the price you set for your class and the number of students enrolled. For example:
- If you set a price of $10/hour per student and have 6 students enrolled, you’ll earn $60/hour.
