We are hiring a **Filipino Sales Development Representative (SDR)** who will **lead our sales outreach** and **talk directly with clients**. This role is for someone who is confident, organized, and knows how to turn leads into real business.

You will **help manage the sales department**, talk to potential clients, and make sure sales targets are met.

### **What You Will Do**

  • Find and contact new leads using calls, email, and social media
  • Talk to clients and explain our services
  • Build good relationships with prospects
  • Qualify leads and move them to the next sales step
  • Set meetings for the sales team
  • Keep all lead details updated in the CRM
  • Track sales activity and results
  • Help guide the sales process and improve results
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

### **Who We Are Looking For**

  • Filipino
  • At least **1 year experience** in sales, lead generation, or SDR work
  • Has **experience talking to clients**
  • Can **lead and guide sales work**
  • Can speak and write English well
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive
  • Organized and can work alone
  • Can use CRM and online tools
