AgencyCRMWe are hiring a **Filipino Sales Development Representative (SDR)** who will **lead our sales outreach** and **talk directly with clients**. This role is for someone who is confident, organized, and knows how to turn leads into real business.
You will **help manage the sales department**, talk to potential clients, and make sure sales targets are met.
### **What You Will Do**
- Find and contact new leads using calls, email, and social media
- Talk to clients and explain our services
- Build good relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads and move them to the next sales step
- Set meetings for the sales team
- Keep all lead details updated in the CRM
- Track sales activity and results
- Help guide the sales process and improve results
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
### **Who We Are Looking For**
- Filipino
- At least **1 year experience** in sales, lead generation, or SDR work
- Has **experience talking to clients**
- Can **lead and guide sales work**
- Can speak and write English well
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive
- Organized and can work alone
- Can use CRM and online tools
