Overview FilAmJobs.com (“FAJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform for Filipino-language professionals and employers seeking to hire talent fluent in Tagalog, Ilocano, Cebuano, and related Filipino languages. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Platform You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Employers agree not to post discriminatory, false, or misleading job listings. Job seekers agree to provide accurate and truthful information on their profiles and resumes.

4. Resume Access and Visibility By uploading a resume to FilAmJobs.com, you consent to making your resume available to any employer who purchases access via our tiered access system. Users may not restrict visibility to specific employers at this time.

5. Paid Services and Job Posting Employers may purchase job posting packages or subscription-based resume access. All fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. FAJ reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Data Usage & Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your personal data. We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers. However, resumes uploaded to our platform will be accessible to employers who have purchased access.

7. Information We Collect - Account information (e.g., name, email, password) - Resume and job history (if submitted) - Employer company details (if applicable) - Usage data (e.g., IP address, access logs)

8. Sharing of Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: - Employers (if you upload a resume or apply to a job) - Service providers (for functions like hosting, analytics, or customer service) - Legal authorities (if required by law)

9. CCPA & Your Rights (California Residents) Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to: - Request what personal data we collect, use, or disclose. - Request deletion of your data. - Opt out of data sharing by deleting your account (note: FAJ does not sell personal data).
