We are looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Do general Nursing Assessment for active and prospective clients

Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)

Give medications and treatments as ordered

Help assess patients' needs with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and eating

Monitor and report any changes in a patient’s condition

Keep patient records updated and accurate

Work with other administrative staff to provide the best care

Requirements

Current LPN license in [state]

Completed a state-approved nursing program

CPR/BLS certification

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
