Authenticity: Can you deliver a monologue that feels like you're just talking to a friend over coffee? No scripts, just pure conversation.

Emotional Range: The ability to show the "heavy" side of debt (stress/trauma) and the light of finding a solution (relief/hope).

The "Kapitbahay" Vibe: We want the "person next door." Genuine, grounded, and relatable.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
