Qualifications

• Valid HHA or PCA certificate
• Valid photo ID and Social Security #
• A recent physical exam (within the last 12 months) including PPD/QuantiFERON and Rubella/Rubeola titers.
• 2 doses of the Covid vaccine (optional)
• Happy and willing to provide care
• Ability to care for patients
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus
