Project Manager for Construction (Filipino VA)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Filipino) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with a proven track record of success in estimating, design/layout, and submittals. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management (at the same company).
• 1-2 years of experience working with a US-based company (at the same company).
• Proven experience in estimating, design/layout, and submittals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of signage requirements (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from awarding to final delivery and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and submit all necessary project documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
