Utilizing their sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties

Utilize Marketing skills to prospect new leads and build a network of potential clients.
Analyze client needs and develop customized insurance plans to meet their unique requirements.
Provide personalized service to clients, including explaining policy details and negotiating premiums.
Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients and potential clients, promoting our insurance products and services.
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Administer benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies and drive sales growth.
Continuously assess and improve sales techniques to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Background Check for Felony, Misdemeanor and Fraud.
No prior experience necessary.
Must be of legal age (18 years or older).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Basic computer skills.
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with sales administration and benefits administration.
Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new insurance products and services.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
