Utilizing their sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties
- Utilize Marketing skills to prospect new leads and build a network of potential clients.
- Analyze client needs and develop customized insurance plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Provide personalized service to clients, including explaining policy details and negotiating premiums.
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients and potential clients, promoting our insurance products and services.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies and drive sales growth.
- Continuously assess and improve sales techniques to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Background Check for Felony, Misdemeanor and Fraud.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be of legal age (18 years or older).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sales administration and benefits administration.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new insurance products and services.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
