Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills to meet household preferences.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
• Conduct janitorial duties including waste disposal, sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens, and restocking supplies regularly.
• Support housekeeping management with scheduling, inventory control, and training new team members when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in large fine residential homes preferred.
• 5 years of housekeeping experience in private homes is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as polishing and carpet cleaning is desirable.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and janitorial best practices is essential.
• Experience in laundry services or housekeeper management roles will set you apart.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in Filipino (Tagalog) is required.
