Bilingual Service Specialist Role

This role provides support for consumers with language needs through end-to-end call handling or interpretation. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting consumers and members needing in-language support
• Providing education on Medicare product portfolios
• Accurately assessing consumer needs and explaining differences between products

The ideal candidate will have

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A health insurance license in their state of residence or ability to obtain one within six months
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn complex systems
• Fluency in English and Tagalog
