Loan Collections and Customer Support

Contact customers with overdue accounts by phone, email, SMS, and chat

Send payment reminders and follow up on promised payments

Explain balances, due dates, fees, and repayment options clearly

Set up payment arrangements and confirm repayment schedules

Guide customers through online payment steps and resolve basic payment issues

Record all contact attempts, outcomes, and notes accurately in the system

Escalate disputes, hardship cases, or complaints to the supervisor when required

Follow privacy, data protection, and debt collection rules and company policies

Virtual Assistant and Admin Support

Manage inbox messages and respond using templates and approved scripts

Schedule follow ups, callbacks, and appointments using calendars and task tools

Update customer records, documents, and spreadsheets with accuracy

Prepare daily or weekly reports such as contact logs, payment promises, and results

Organize digital files, maintain folders, and keep records consistent

Support team coordination by tracking assignments and deadlines

Assist with basic data entry, research, and other remote admin tasks as needed
