Position: Brand Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Director to lead our branding and marketing efforts for the U.S. and Canadian markets. This pivotal role requires expertise in e-commerce, social media marketing (especially TikTok), and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Temu, and SHEIN. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, oversee creative strategies, and ensure our products resonate with North American consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish FlyNew Global as a leading name in the health and wellness sector across North America.
E-commerce Excellence: Oversee and optimize our presence on platforms such as Amazon, Temu, SHEIN, and our independent e-commerce sites to drive sales and visibility.
Social Media Expertise: Lead content creation and engagement strategies on TikTok and other social media platforms, leveraging trends and insights to maximize audience impact.
Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Market Insights and Analytics: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design, R&D, and sales teams to align brand messaging with product innovation and market demands.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Brand Director, Brand Manager, or similar leadership role in the health and wellness or e-commerce industry.
Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Temu, SHEIN) and social media marketing, particularly TikTok.
Strong understanding of the U.S. and Canadian markets, with a focus on consumer behavior and digital trends.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in managing teams and delivering measurable results.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
