Contract: 06 months (possible extension or might convert from temp to perm)
Pay Rate: $32-35/hr. on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Shift time- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to take initiative and make decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings and manage associated logistics and details
Organize internal and external events, including catering and setup
Maintain and manage calendars for department heads
Track and submit travel expenses using Concur
Order and maintain stock of office supplies and meeting refreshments
Act as a point of contact for interdepartmental coordination
Efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a 40-hour work week
Qualifications:
Experience: 0–3 years in a similar administrative or coordinator role (more experienced candidates also welcome)
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required (proof of diploma/certification mandatory); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degrees are a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Concur
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and leaders
High attention to detail and a self-starter mentality
Interview Process:
First Interview: Preferably on-site with the Hiring Manager (video conferencing available if needed)
Second Interview: Video conference with the Head of Strategic Operations
Third Interview: Video conference with the Head of Marketing
