Robert Half is partnering with a leading consumer technology company in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Product Manager to oversee and grow its direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform. This role is responsible for executing online retail strategies, managing sales performance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products, run promotions, and optimize site functionality using Shopify. Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA (5 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months w/ potential to extend or convert to FTE
Pay Rate: $60-63/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations for the company’s DTC eCommerce site, driving sales and optimizing performance across the US, Canada, and UK.
- Audit and review creative assets (email, display) to ensure alignment with the promotional calendar and merchandising strategy.
- Own forecasting and performance analysis in partnership with the finance and supply teams, using historical data and trend insights to inform business planning.
- Develop and manage discount code strategies and promotional execution across all markets.
- Collaborate with website managers on product launches and continuous improvements to the user experience.
- Utilize and optimize Shopify tools and capabilities to streamline operations and drive conversion.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to align inventory availability with promotional plans.
- Attend weekly promotional planning meetings to ensure channel alignment and consistent execution.
- Maintain international pricing consistency and ensure alignment with broader retail strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management and/or retail eCommerce.
- Technical Skills: Direct experience with Shopify is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bonus: Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
