Vietnamese or Filipino Facebook Group Growth Specialist – Upwork-focused Community

/ Summary

We're looking for a Vietnamese or Filipino freelancer to take full ownership of growing and developing our Vietnamese Upwork-focused Facebook group (currently 85k+ members).

Your mission is to increase engagement, grow the group sustainably, and help members benefit from shared opportunities, tips, and job-related content.

You'll be responsible for

Creating and managing group content

Engaging with members, responding to key posts

Running seeding or campaigns to boost engagement

Proposing strategies to grow member quality and activity

This is not a task-based job – we want someone who sees the group as a service they own and grow like a community product.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
