Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for a Recruiter Driver Placement Specialist. As part of the Safety & Recruiting Department you will be responsible for recruitment and placement processes for drivers, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of potential drivers. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to determine hiring needs, onboarding new drivers, and ensuring a seamless integration into operations. You will also maintain compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records to support recruitment efforts and operational success. Qualifications
- Bilingual with English and Spanish or English and Filipino languages
- Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience in maintaining records and ensuring compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams, candidates, and leadership
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other digital tools
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Helpful qualifications include prior experience in recruitment within the transportation or logistics industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience Recruiting for Truck Drivers or trucking experience (DM, Dispatcher, Safety) is a plus
