Front Office Admin/Receptionist

We are an Asian dry grocery distribution warehouse with attached office. We are local to Washington State and have been in business for over 40 years; supplying Washington with Asian goods. Your main duties will include:

- Answering the phones and assisting the customer
- Coordinating between front office and warehouse
- Taking care of all will call orders including coordinating with warehouse to get the order ready, printing invoices, & taking payments
- Assisting the sales team with order entry, add ons, etcs
- Administrative work including filing and scanning paperwork and some data entry
- Making coffee in the morning and cleaning the coffee machine at the end of the day
- Keeping the front entrance area clean and organized; including taking care of the plants

Requirements
- Need to be able to speak English AND either Chinese, Vietnamese, or another Southeast Asian language
- Basic computer skills (scanning/printing paperwork, email, and basic excel).
- Fast learner: most of our work is down through our ERP system. You will need to learn how to use it.

Additional Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- This is a full time on site position
- Compensation starts at $25/hour. Health insurance, 401k benefits, and 2 weeks vacation accrual start after 3 month trial period.
