Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. The Concierge will be responsible for providing assistance with guest inquiries, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among all visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Provide information about the facility, services, and local attractions.
Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
Monitor security systems including CCTV and perform regular surveillance checks.
Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard property and guests.
Handle conflicts or complaints effectively using conflict management techniques.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and incidents as needed.
Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations when necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement or military personnel when required for security matters.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Experience in conflict management or law enforcement can enhance candidacy.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining safety standards.
